Conducting on-ground interventions, we engaged 2,500 employees, predominantly linemen from remote provinces, in a transformative one-day initiative. Overcoming challenges, we facilitated dialogue, inspired a vision in cyberspace, and encouraged rising beyond conventional telecom skills. Our aim is to sustain PTCL's role as the telecom backbone, leveraging strong team bonds for a renewed vision and ambitious future.
Eighty percent of the 2,500 employees nationwide participated in our hands-on, one-day transformative initiative, which included linemen from remote provinces. Developing a conversation between seniors and linemen, supporting a cyberspace vision, going beyond traditional telecom skills, and utilizing our strong team bond for a renewed vision and Guidee role as a telecom backbone were among the challenges.
